To book an appointment with Dr. Morgan a his boutique Manhattan dental office please contact us through the form below, by telephone, or by email.
For emergency or same-day appointments please contact us by telephone to ensure a timely response.
Cancelation Policy
We reserve an appointment especially for you. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that prevents patients from keeping appointments. It happens to the best of us. In the future, if you find it impossible to keep an appointment, please give us a call 48 hours in advance. With prior notice, we can reschedule your appointment and let another patient have the appointment time originally reserved for you.
We requested this courtesy because it allows us to see our patients promptly. It also helps us provide more affordable dental care for all our patients. Therefore, we reserve the rights to charge you for any missed appointments if cancelled the same day or less than 24 hours notice.
- First missed or cancelled appointment no charge
- Second missed or cancelled appointment $50.00
- Third missed or cancelled appointment $100.00
- Forth missed or cancelled appointment $250.00
Payment
We are happy to accept payments in cash, personal check, money orders, and major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Payment must be made at the time of service.
Payment Plans
When ongoing extensive treatment is planned we are happy to talk through a payment plan to assist you with spreading out the payments for your treatment or to help arrange financing for you with a third-party provider.

Insurance
We are happy to prepare all of the necessary forms you will need to claim your dental benefits. This means you will pay for your treatment and then any payment from your insurance benefit will come directly to you.
We will gladly draft and submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance provider so you know exactly what your benefits will be before we begin treatment.
Please be aware that insurance providers vary greatly in the coverage they offer and the speed in which your claim is handled.
We will do everything we can to assist you with this process.
